Building Access and Directions for Your Event at 601 Lexington Ave

On the day of the event, you and your delegates will receive an email from noreply@ng1.angus.mrisoftware.com, although it will appear in your inbox as 601 Lexington Ave. This email will contain a barcode for building entry and directions to the event location. Guest names will be added to the building's security system prior to the event.

Important Note: Two hours before your scheduled event, guests who have provided an email address will receive a QR code on their mobile device. This code can be scanned at the turnstiles in the lobby to grant access. The code will be valid for the entire day, and if the event spans multiple days, a new code will be emailed for the following day. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

Option 1: Main Entrance (601 Lexington Ave)

Upon arrival at 601 Lexington Ave, enter through the main entrance and take the escalator down on your right to the lower level. The elevator lobby will be directly on your right, divided into two options: “Evens” and “Odds.” Choose the “Evens” option, which is the first elevator on the right.

Once inside the elevator, select the 14th floor. Upon arrival, an etc.venues staff member will be there to greet you and direct you to your meeting room.

Option 2: 53rd Street Entrance

If you are entering through the 53rd Street entrance, you will find a desk staffed by an etc.venues team member on your right. Guests without a QR code should present a valid ID, and a printed day pass will be provided for building access. After passing through the security gates, take the down escalator to the lower level.

The elevator lobby will be on your right, divided into “Evens” and “Odds.” Choose the “Evens” option and take the first elevator. Once inside, select the 14th floor. Upon arrival, an etc.venues staff member will greet you and direct you to the appropriate meeting room.

Option 3: Front Desk Check-In (for Clients Without Email)

For clients who prefer not to use email or have not received a QR code, they can check in directly at the front desk at 601 Lexington with a valid ID. If the event involves more than 100 guests or upon special request, our Hospitality Coordinator will be available at the 53rd Street entrance to assist with check-ins
