Michael D. Memmolo is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), where he has led exceptional strides in standardization and constituent service efforts. With over two decades in public service, Mr. Memmolo has extensive leadership experience, serving the Commonwealth in various leadership roles in the Legislative and Executive Branches, as well as with independent agencies. Before his appointment as Executive Director, he was the CFO, COO, and Director of Human Resources at the MCAD. Mr. Memmolo is also an active member in municipal affairs, currently serving as the Chair of the Town of Stoneham’s Finance and Advisory Board.
