Like A Boss, formerly known as She’s The Boss, is an annual Mintz event that disrupts the traditional perception of a leader. Through lively, heartwarming, and thought-provoking discussion, Like A Boss will provide an inclusive environment that helps all young people, including those who might not previously have seen themselves as potential leaders, walk away inspired to lead. We are hoping to expand minds, and lay down roots for a future generation of leaders.
